Having received our China visas, we also went to Sanya, an island off of Hainan Province being billed as the Thailand of China. We didn't attempt to do much other than hang at our resort but it was quite pretty!

Shenzhen - The Tijuana of China?

We finally got visas to enter China and our first trip was to Shenzhen, the town right over the HK/China border. Shenzhen is a special administrative region and often visited by Honkies for shopping and spa treatments.

We had a 12 hour layover in London on our way back. Rather than hang at the infamous Terminal 5, we opted to go into the city for a bus tour.
